Serve for 2
4 courgette
1 head broccoli marinated over night
tomatoes sauce:
2/3 C sun dry tomatoes
2 ripe medium tomatoes
1tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp dry coriander
2T ground flax seeds
1tsp salt(pink Himalayan or sea salt)
