Serve for 1
4 medium tomatoes
1/4C red onion
4 sun dried tomatoes (soaked for 1h)
1T ground sweet paprika
1 chili without seeds
2 gloves of garlic
salt(pink Himalayan or sea salt)
1C cucumber
1/2 C almond flakes
Preparation:
Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili, sun dried tomatoes
then add sweet paprika, salt
chopped cucumber and almond flakes.
