Ingredients
1C almond bulk (I used almond left from almond milk)
3/4C sunflower seeds(need mill)
1/4C flax seeds(need mill)
1/2C dates (soaked)
6T honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt(pink Himalayan or sea salt)
2tsp cinnamon
3T cacao powder
dehydrate for 12h
Icing
2,5C cashew( soaked over night)
6T honey or agave syrup
juice from 1 beetroot

A half head of red cabbage 1 head broccoli marinated over night in 1T olive oil
A half red onion
A half jalapeno peper without seeds
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground cinnamon
